My 1977 duet concert with the great Charles Tyler on baritone saxophone and clarinet has been remastered and outfitted with a spiffy new cover. While many gigs during this period were not decently recorded or recorded at all, this time around John Zorn showed up with his trusty reel to reel and made a fine recording even though he was running the machine at 3 3/4 to save tape. Two each of our compositions, lengthy improvisation and a version of Ayler’s Ghosts.
