JUNGLE COOKIES originated as a double CD released by enterprising Old Gold label of Atlanta. The idea was to build upon one aspect of my sonic legacy, intricate and mind boggling collage/mélange/cut up pieces as exemplified by the cassette release HE IS INSANE! and the C-90 version of the orchestra composition The English Channel. Jungle Cookies was in part recorded on equipment in an Atlanta studio, some of it collaborations with the then active jazz rock combo William Carlos Williams. As I continued assembling what I wanted to be my sonic masterpiece, other contributions came in from various associates in the cassette network, The new download package contains copies of much of the original artwork associated with the release as well as both discs in the set.
